Ingredients 1 medium Banana, peeled and chopped. 2 Oranges, rinsed and cut into halves. 5-6 Ice Cubes. Squeeze out juice from each orange halves using citrus fruit juicer and pour into a blender jar. Add chopped banana and ice cubes. Blend them in a blender until smooth and slushy puree. Orange banana juice is ready.
Instructions Peel the bananas and break them into smaller pieces. Add to a blender. Cut the apple into pieces and also add to the blender. Finally, add the agave nectar and the milk. Blend for 20-30 seconds and check the consistency. If you prefer it to be more liquid, then add some more milk/water.
Peelabout four onions and chop them into small pieces. Extract the juice out of the onion by either squeezing it or using a juicer. Another option is placing the onion pieces into a blender and blending into a paste. Place the paste in cheesecloth and squeeze all the juice out.
Instructions Preheat the oven to 225℉ (105°C) Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Peel and slice your banana into 1/16th - ⅛th inch thick slices.
